How do I place an order on the website?
Pick a product from the catalog or create your own design in the Create yourself designer, add it to the cart and check out.
How does the “Create yourself” designer work?
Choose a product and colour, upload your image, add text — you see the result and the price right away. You can print on the front and the back. The finished design goes to your cart and into production once paid.
How long does production take?
Orders from the website and the designer are ready in 1 business day, sometimes the same day if placed before 13:00. For bulk and corporate orders the manager agrees the timing with you.
How can I pay?
An order goes into production after full payment. Online — by Visa or Mastercard on Birbank’s secure payment page (foreign cards are accepted). At the office — POS terminal or cash, before production starts. Corporate clients can pay by bank transfer.
How is delivery handled?
  • Pickup from our office — free, during working hours.
  • Courier — Bolt, Yango or Wolt, paid; the price depends on the address.

Can I bring my own clothes for printing?
Not for personal orders — we print only on our own products so we can stand behind the result. For businesses we print on client items from 5 pieces.
How long will the print last?
With proper care the print survives 100+ washes: wash inside out at up to 30 °C, no bleach, don’t iron over the print. Any defect on our side is replaced free of charge.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size chart and a size advisor: enter your height, weight and preferred fit and it will suggest a size. Not sure? Message us.
What if the item doesn’t fit?
Under Azerbaijani law, items with a custom print cannot be returned or exchanged. A defect on our side is replaced free within 3 business days — a courier picks it up and brings it back at our cost. Details: Returns and Exchanges.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes. Wholesale prices start from 20 pieces, and a manager prepares the quote. Corporate gifts and merch are in the Promo B2B section. Embroidery is for corporate orders only, from 10 pieces.
Do promo codes work on all products?
Yes, promo codes apply to all custom orders, including the designer.
How does the bonus program work?
Every order on the website earns bonus points — 10% of the amount: 1 point = 1 AZN. Points can cover the full price of your next order. They can’t be cashed out and expire after 60 days.
What packaging do you offer?
  • Standard packaging — free, keeps the item safe.

Can I see the products in person?
Yes, at our office: Baku, 8 Noyabr avenue 23, entrance via ASAN Xidmət 2, 7th floor, room 720. Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 11:00–16:00, Sunday off. Please let us know before you come. Contacts
